FitoFibra Mash is a blend composed of different fibrous sources, wheat bran, spelt hulls, rice middlings, beet pulp and linseed, enriched with medicinal herbs, minerals, vitamins and yeast.
FitoFibra Mash is intended for horses of all breeds and ages, and is also suitable for subjects with metabolic issues thanks to its low starch and sugar content.
The product is ideal for elderly horses with chewing difficulties, horses recovering from colic or gastrointestinal surgery, and sport horses during travel, as it supports and protects intestinal health during stressful periods. FitoFibra Mash is rich in probiotics that help maintain the balance of the intestinal microbiota. The presence of yeast and medicinal herbs such as lemon balm, passionflower, echinacea, nettle, thyme and plantain gives the product antioxidant properties, providing a balanced diet that supports the horse’s overall well‑being.
Nutritional properties
In addition to containing digestible fibres that promote intestinal motility, FitoFibra Mash has a relaxing effect on the musculature of the gastrointestinal tract thanks to the presence of lemon balm.
The balanced formula, rich in healthy nutrients from medicinal herbs such as rosehip, passionflower, nettle, thyme, garlic, plantain and echinacea, makes FitoFibra Mash ideal for elderly or underweight horses, for growing horses or those with metabolic problems. Its physical form, which becomes a creamy and highly palatable mash after adding water, further enhances its suitability.
The yeast content supports hindgut health, fibre fermentation and nutrient absorption.
Instructions for use
Administer 1.5–2 kg of the product once or twice a week.
Add warm water until the desired mash consistency is reached.
Remember: after water, fibre is the most important component of a horse’s diet.
